I was pleased with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the monorail station and within walking distance to Kokusai Street. This made it easy for me as a senior woman to explore the city and access public transportation without any hassle. The hotel's general areas were beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. It was comforting to see the attention to detail in its design and layout, making it a cozy and welcoming place for guests of all ages.
The only suggestion I have for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more staff members available to assist with any needs or inquiries. Although the children working there did their best, at times it seemed they were overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of attention and care that senior guests may require.

The hotel's elegant decoration and cozy ambiance truly made me feel at home during my stay. The attention to detail in the general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, added to the overall charm of the hotel. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel's layout and facilities were designed with accessibility in mind. The elevator was spacious and easily accessible, and there were handrails throughout the hotel for added safety. It made my vacation even more enjoyable knowing that the hotel took care of its senior guests.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for seniors, it would be for the staff to be more knowledgeable and helpful. While the staff at the hotel were generally friendly, they seemed inexperienced and struggled to provide assistance when asked for recommendations or directions.

Location close to main shopping street and a department store and the airport. Extremely friendly staff and large and well-stocked rooms with female bath and free drinks or coffee provided, as for instance: D

We had an a double room and it included central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge. A bath in the own bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was just next door to close to the monorail as well as a huge shopping mall with all kinds of goods.

With a baby guard fence available, our stay at Almont Hotel Naha Kenchomae was perfect for our little ones. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our children under 5 years old felt welcome. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants, making it a family-friendly choice.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities in the hotel.

The location was perfect for exploring the popular streets of Naha, with the famous Kokusai Dori just a short walk away. The convenient stores nearby, including a well-stocked cosmetic shop, made it easy to find everything we needed. And though the breakfast wasn't a typical buffet, the quality of the food was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its cuteness and convenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place - great and nice hotel.
Provided breakfast was good with local Japanese food and a local taste, exceeded our expectations. The room with queen bed. The hotel's location was great, so close to monorail station, family mart, shopping centre, Kokusai Street and the meeting place for one day tour and a huge shopping mall and bus stop.

During my recent business trip to Naha, I had the pleasure of staying at Almont Hotel Naha Kenchomae, a property chosen by my director. One of the standout features of this hotel is the availability of a lovely indoor public bath. After a long day of meetings, I greatly appreciated being able to relax and unwind in the soothing waters. , the hotel offers convenient amenities like blackout drapes/curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also indulged in an in-room massage, which was a wonderful way to de-stress and rejuvenate after a busy day.
I must mention one minor disappointment during my stay.

Convenient location, helpful staff, modern and clean rooms, complimentary lounge with computers and drinks, close to shopping mall and Monorail, major bus stops nearby.
Nothing at all.

Great location close to public transportation and main shopping street. The sento on the top floor was a great addition and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of local specialties and was worth paying for.
The room was really small for a family of three, making it hard to fit in all the luggage. Although there was a laundromat on the top floor, it was always busy and it was hard to find a free machine.

The room at Almont Hotel Naha Kenchomae was great! It had a cozy feel with a laptop-friendly workspace, perfect for my needs as a digital nomad. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool during the hot Naha weather, making it a comfortable stay.
The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the deep soaking bathtub. It's a personal preference, and others might enjoy it, but I prefer a quick shower instead.

This hotel has an amazing location, right in the heart of the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast spread is really great, with lots of options to choose from. I particularly liked the healthy and hearty Japanese-style dishes. From the reviews, it seems that the hotel offers a large public bath, which sounds like a unique and wonderful experience. Additionally, the rooms are larger than typical Naha hotels, which is a great value for money given the central location.
I found no negative aspects during my stay.
